Enables the use of basic interface skills.

Level	Description
1	Enables Trading.
2	Enables emoticons.
3	Enables Sitting.
4	Enables Chat Room creation.
5	Enables you to join a Party.
6	Enables use of Kafra Storage.
7	Enables you to organize a Party.
8	Enables use of the Alignment System. (unimplemented)
9	Allows job change to a First Class or Expanded Class job.

Notes[]

The Alignment System was taken out a long time ago and as such, Level 8 is not available on the skill window. Regardless, players still have to earn the appropriate amount of job EXP as if Level 8 still exists.
