Chain Lightning deals wind element damage to a single target. When a target is struck by Chain Lightning, it will also chain to enemies near the target. Higher levels of the skill increase the amount of times it can chain.

- Warlock's Base Level increases the damage done by Base Level/100.
- Mystical Amplification only increases damage from the first hit.
