Crystallization (Korean: 냉동) is a negative status ailment that has the following effects on afflicted targets:
- Can not attack, move, use most items or use most skills
- Continuously lose 2% of HP and 1% of SP per second
- Increase damage received from Maces, Axes and Two-handed Axes by 50%
- Increase damage received from Wind property magic attacks by 50%
- Reduce damage received from Daggers, Swords, Two-handed Swords, Arrows and gun ammunition by 50%

- Kagerou / Oboro's Cast Ninja Spell (Using Ice Charm)
The following items can inflict Crystallization:
- End Sektura
- Hairtail (rental Two-handed Sword weapon)

Cure[]
Crystallization can be cured through the following methods:
- Being hit by a Fire property attack
- Archbishop's Lauda Agnus
- Sorcerer's Warmer
- Royal Guard's King's Grace
- Rune Knight's Nosiege Runestone
- Summoner's Grooming and Purring
- Mommy Peony item
Prevention[]
Crystallization can be prevented through the following methods:
- Rune Knight's Nosiege Runestone
- Being afflicted by Burning beforehand
- Every point of VIT reduces duration by 0.1s. Having enough VIT can reduce the duration to 0s, effectively becoming a prevention measure.
- For example, Diamond Dust Lv5 has a base Crystallization duration of 20s, so 200 VIT will make you immune to Crystallization from it.
