Gravity CIS, Inc. was a French gaming company that was formerly known as Mados Inc.[1] It managed the Ragnarok Online servers for the France and Belgium regions until 2006.
History[]
Mados Inc. became a subsidiary of GRAVITY Co., Ltd. on 2006 September 12 and and changed its name to Gravity CIS, Inc. to reflect the new company status.[2] It functioned as a subsidiary of GRAVITY until 2012.[3]
Shortly after the original Requiem in Korea shut down in 2013, Gravity CIS took over development for their own version of Requiem. Eventually they shut down their Requiem servers in October of 2015.
Gravity CIS later shut down their Ragnarok Online servers on 2015 November 16 after having been in service for 10 years.[4] Due to contract disputes and international security issues, Gravity CIS's website was forced to be taken down entirely.[5]
Ingamba[]
Gravity CIS's account platform is known as Ingamba and is used to easily manage game accounts under one Ingamba account.
