Ivia Silloin is the granddaughter of Bouquet Village's head Puhols. She was asked by her grandfather to address a problem outside the village where Flips were attacking passersby.
She apparently knows a bit of alchemy as she uses Flip essences to create a draft that allows Normans to speak to Flips.
After addressing the Flips problem, she resumes her duty as an escort of Aione Oakley.
