Loomin is a mysterious boy frozen in ice within the Ice Cave.

According to a mysterious case file, Loomin is the twin brother of The Pope and the two of them were both nursed by High Priest Niren. It is said that in the history of Rael, no girl chosen for the papacy was ever born as a twin. As such, it presented a unique problem to the priests of Sessrumnir.
The priests could not determine whether Loomin's power posed a benefit or detriment to his sister. But they could not risk the wrath of the gods by outright killing him either. After grueling debates, they at last decided to have him imprisoned in the Ice Cave near Rael. They charged the ice beast Ktullanux with keeping guard over the boy.
To this day, Loomin continues to be imprisoned in the Ice Cave.[1]
