- Corrected an issue with Napalm Vulcan not inflicting Curse.
- The damage formula is changed, and damage is further increased depending on the caster's base level.
- The damage is changed so that it is not distributed according to the target number in the range, 1 second after skill is reduced to 0.5 seconds, and skill cooldown of 1 **second is added.
