Peony Irine, also known as Lady Irine or Mistress Peony, is the mother of Iris Irine and wife of Lord Irine. She is a strong cleric, having undergone the same training as Iris. She is firm, but can be just as loving as her husband.
Story[]

Peony is first seen welcoming her daughter Iris and Chaos home. She asks her husband if he has been doting on Iris again, to which he responds nervously. She then takes Iris by the ear and drags her home while inviting the others to attend Iris' 18th birthday tomorrow.[1] She later catches Lidia sneaking about Payon later that night. She suggests that Lidia go back to bed, lest she invokes the woman's wrath.[2]
When Payon falls under attack, Peony does her best to protect Nuri and Seri from Sakray. She was not strong enough to hold him back and was subsequently killed.[3]
