Defeat Drake in the Cursed Ghost Ship in Berta Delta on HARD Mode and then report to Trade Master Onasis of Alberta.
Summary[]
Hey! This is Onasis. You must be aware of the fact that more and more of our Union Ships are being attacked by the Ghost Ship out near the coast of Alberta, right? They're ghosts, so our cannons don't work on them. We must purge them to have any effect. So I ask for skilled Union members. Get on board the Cursed Ghost Ship and defeat their captain, Drake. He will come back, but at least it'll buy us a couple of days.
When you're done, report to me at Alberta.
