Savage Impact is a Katar-exclusive skill that instantly dashes to the target and deals 3 hits of melee physical damage to the target and surrounding enemies within 3x3 cells around the target. (If using the skill while under Cloaking Exceed buff, increases number of hits to 5 hits). Deals additional damage depends on caster's base level and POW. Has a chance to trigger critical, critical chance is the half user's CRIT. The effectiveness of critical modifier is applied by half.
