Soul Sever is a single, short ranged blow. Unlike Cross Strike, there are no restrictions as to having both hands being used for this skill. If the target is under the effect of a Soul Linker's Spirit buff, that player will lose the Spirit and will take bonus damage. The bonus damage depends on the level of the Soul Link skill used.
On iRO, this skill is localized as Soul Cutter.
