Vesper Newton was a mad scientist who once lived in the era of Juperos. He was said to have been vain and extravagant.[1]

Vesper was once the head of the underground laboratory at Juperos. Somehow, he became immortal and is now a part of the laboratory itself. He awaits the day for someone strong enough to compete with him and put him out of his misery. To test anyone who dares to trespass the laboratory, Vesper manufactured security robots, which eventually became a hobby to pass the time. He hints that a shadow of his former self may be wandering the laboratory.[2]
